  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.

  Carefully pack your needlepoint supplies in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent canvas creasing or thread damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
